Stress can take a toll, so take time during this National Stress Awareness Month (or any month!) to de-stress. These stress-busters, conveniently offered through the university, can help you calm your mind, boost your mood, and improve your overall sense of well-being.

Calm app
Wind down with the Calm app, available for free to faculty and staff through August 2020. Access meditation instruction, sleep assistance, stretching videos, and relaxing music when you create an account using your JHU or JHMI email address.

Seated massage
A seated massage is more than a luxury that leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. After a session, you will notice your stress level decrease and your productivity increase. It is especially helpful with repetitive stress injuries commonly associated with computer use. Get hands-on stress relief with a seated massage offered on the Homewood, Eastern, Keswick, White Marsh, and East Baltimore campuses.

Appointments are $15 for 15 minutes. For times and specific locations, see the informational flyer posted under the Wellness tab on the Benefits website.
