Sydney Morss Dy currently practices with the Primary Care for Cancer Survivors Program at Green Spring Station. She holds a joint appointment in medicine and in oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is a professor of health policy and management at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her areas of clinical expertise include cancer survivorship, internal medicine, and palliative care. For many years, she was the physician for the pain and symptom management clinic in the Cancer Center and for Hopkins' cancer case management program.
Dy earned her M.D. and her M.Sc. in health services research from the Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed both a residency and a fellowship at Johns Hopkins before joining the faculty in 2001.
