Emily Boss is a professor of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, with joint appointments in pediatrics and health policy and management. She is chief of the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology and a nationally recognized expert in pediatric ear, nose, and throat care.
Boss's research and clinical work center on improving how surgical care is delivered, from personal communications to organizational change.
