Hiring managers to begin using the JHU Eightfold Recruitment platform

Resources are available to help users navigate the new hiring process and create development plans in myCareer

Beginning today, hiring managers at Johns Hopkins University will navigate the staff hiring process using a new talent acquisition module powered by Eightfold.

The JHU Eightfold Recruitment system is one of two new platforms—along with myCareer—that have been developed by Human Resources to improve the hiring experience for current staff, prospective employees, and managers.

The JHU Eightfold Recruiting Curriculum is home to all the training resources, which also can be found within Eightfold under Supporting Documents. The eLearning component, which will evolve, allows you to follow the recruitment process step by step.
