Johns Hopkins University partners with the Calm app to provide faculty, staff, students, and learners with free access to tools that reduce stress and anxiety and improve sleep, mood, and health. Whether you have 30 seconds or 30 minutes, Calm's resources are designed to seamlessly integrate with your schedule and needs.
Calm Premium is being upgraded, so existing JHU users will need to renew their subscriptions. Others can sign up now.
In addition to your own free, unlimited access to resources at Calm.com and in the Calm app, you'll be able to add up to five dependents.
How to sign up or renew your free Calm Premium subscription
To access your free subscription, follow these step-by-step instructions with screen shots). You can redeem the Calm benefit via either the web or mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play.
If you have a paid subscription, you'll need to cancel your auto-renew before transitioning to your Calm account through JHU. For details, view this article on how to redeem your subscription provided by your employer.
