Following the success of this year's College Access Day, which helped 100 families navigate the journey toward higher education, the university has partnered with Baltimore's CollegeBound Foundation to offer a new college access benefit for faculty, staff, and bargaining unit members. Through this initiative, employees with high school–age children can now receive personalized college counseling and financial aid guidance.

Two dedicated College Access program specialists, Dan Lehecka and Jamaal Louard, will provide support Monday through Friday. Services include one-on-one advising, group workshops, and virtual presentations designed to help families navigate the college admissions process.

Interested employees are encouraged to complete the interest form to begin receiving tailored communications and support.
