Annual Enrollment for 2026 benefits will occur from Oct. 15 to 31 and is your once-a-year opportunity to not only elect your benefits for the coming year but also to discover resources you may be missing out on, including well-being programs, financial security benefits, and other offerings available year-round to you and your family members.
The only other time you'll be able to change your benefits is if you experience a big personal change in 2026, such as getting married or divorced, welcoming a baby, or having a spouse or partner switch jobs.
You must take action to make a change to your existing coverage or to set aside flexible spending account dollars for next year.
Opportunities to learn about 2026 benefits
You can explore JHU's benefits on the Benefits & Worklife website at any time, but to help you prepare to make your decisions for 2026, be sure to attend an in-person benefits fair and/or a town hall webinar.
Benefits fairs
Benefits fairs are a space for you to connect with important benefits vendors and learn more about your options. Fairs will be held at three locations, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates:
- Oct. 13 at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center in D.C., Kennedy Room, (a flu shot clinic will occur in this location the following day)
- Oct. 16 at Homewood, Glass Pavilion, with flu shots on site
- Oct. 21 in East Baltimore, Turner Concourse, with flu shots on site and a live Town Hall presentation at 10:30 a.m.

Benefits town hall webinars
Town halls will take place over Zoom and require registration.
