One heated or poorly handled interaction can damage your professional reputation forever. You can't avoid occasional intense exchanges, but you can prepare yourself to manage them as effectively as possible.

A course titled Staying Calm When Tempers Flare will give you strategies and tools to stay cool and confident during the most stressful interactions. You'll discover warning signs to watch for, words you should avoid, and actions you should or shouldn't take. You'll also discuss workplace situations in which boundaries are not being respected and how to identify the best responses and outcomes.
