Join in on the fun during Mental Health Awareness Month by registering for the Mental Health Challenge, which runs through May 30. All full-time JHU employees are invited to join in to learn new skills and create healthy habits for improving their mental health.

Sponsors of the challenge are the JHU Well-Being Program and its partner Burnalong, a free virtual wellness platform that provides thousands of live and on-demand classes across 60-plus categories that include dog workouts, fit over 50, office workouts, self-defense, tai chi and qigong, healthy eating, and more.

Employees who complete at least two classes a week will be entered to win weekly prizes from Burnalong. To participate, log in or create your free account. From the homepage, scroll down to Invites and click Accept to join; then complete at least two classes a week in May, and you'll automatically be entered to win prizes. Add up to four free subaccounts so your friends and family can improve their mental health right along with you.
