Spring well-being and pre-retirement events are almost here

Plan for an on-campus Day of Well-Being … and a week of virtual and in-person events to prepare for your post-work life

With spring and warmer weather just around the corner, there is much to look forward to, including two events being brought to you by the Office of Benefits & Worklife. Mark your calendar so you won't miss these opportunities for self-care and planning your future.

The Day of Well-Being

Attend an on-site Day of Well-Being scheduled on three campuses in April. The Day of Well-Being is your opportunity to engage in fun and healthy activities that include seated chair massage, cooking and fitness demonstrations, and more. The events take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Monday, April 7, at the Turner Concourse in East Baltimore
  • Tuesday, April 8, at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center in D.C.
  • Monday, April 14, at the Glass Pavilion on the Homewood campus

Pre-Retirement Program

The virtual Pre-Retirement Program—a series of webinars led by experts in retiree benefits, Medicare, financial and legal planning, and more—takes place April 21 through May 2 to help you prepare and build for your future in retirement.

Then, on June 4, the in-person Pre-Retirement Program arrives on the Turner Concourse, East Baltimore campus. There, you can connect directly with experts and attend presentations about retiree benefits, financial planning, and more.
