Want a good way to keep track of all your benefits and perks as a Johns Hopkins employee? Look no further than your phone.
Apps can help you use and track your health care benefits, request backup care, achieve your wellness goals, and more—all at the tips of your fingers. Check out these easy-to-use tools.
Health care
CareFirst plan members can download the Quantum Health app for on-the-go support and guidance whenever they need help with their health care or benefits. With just a tap you can contact a care coordinator, check claims and deductibles, find in-network providers near you, view your plan benefits, and request or access your medical ID card.
Use the Wex app to manage your flexible spending accounts. You can check your balances, get updates on claim statuses, file a claim, upload documentation using your phone's camera, and more.
Through the MDLive app, you can have a virtual visit with board-certified MDLive physicians from the comfort and convenience of your own home, whenever you want—nights, weekends, and holidays. MDLive also offers behavioral health appointments with licensed therapists and board-certified psychiatrists, and dermatology services, too. You can schedule an appointment at a time and day that's convenient for you or have an on-demand visit in around 15 minutes.
The Delta Dental app lets you find and save your preferred dentist, schedule appointments, estimate costs for your services, and more.
Get the most from your EyeMed vision benefits—anytime, anywhere—with the EyeMed app. Check your benefits, find an eye doctor, schedule an exam, estimate costs, or view claims on the go with ease.

Bright Horizons' Back-Up Care app lets you schedule care right from your mobile device. Whether your regular caregiver calls in sick, your child has a school holiday, or you're transitioning back to work from parental leave, the Back-Up Care app is your easy, time-saving solution to managing family care challenges while on the go.
