Johns Hopkins University is committed to providing staff members with ways to grow their careers, and a big part of that initiative is the recently launched Center for Staff Life Design, which offers workshops and e-learning.
Not only can you benefit from what CSLD offers, you can impact its future programs. All are invited to participate in its dynamic co-design workshops, where the center's staff will explore and define the needs of our university staff for life design programming.
Through engaging discussions and activities, you'll have the chance to:
- Learn about co-design as a professional skill
- Share your insights and experiences about career development at JHU
- Collaborate with colleagues across campuses to brainstorm ideas for the future
- Help prioritize innovative solutions that support well-being, growth, and balance for JHU staff
Virtual workshops will last approximately 1.5 hours. Live workshops on the East Baltimore and Homewood campuses will be 2.5 hours and include lunch and coffee.
