A three-day workshop titled Project Management Fundamentals can introduce you to the skills and tools you'll need to manage projects successfully.
Participants will learn introductory project management vocabulary, frameworks, organizational structures, and skills that include leadership and communication. After attending this workshop, you'll know how to ensure the team hits targets for scope, schedule, and quality while developing and implementing new programs, products, or services.
