The new center's workshops, courses, and experiential learning have been designed to be highly engaging and are packed with information to help you bridge where you are today with what you want to do tomorrow—and determine how you want to do it.

See below how you can get curious about your work life and design it with CSLD's new e-learning course and 2025 in-person workshops.

Take the new self-paced e-learning course

Design Your Work Life is an on-demand course created to empower you to see your work life in a way that keeps you inspired, energized, and growing every day. It introduces a holistic framework to help you align who you are, what you do, and what you believe.

Register for in-person workshops

The workshops listed below will be taking place on various campuses now through spring. See the schedule and register here.

  • Get Curious: Good Work. Identify what "good work" looks like, observe and record your own experiences, and explore ways to prototype activities in your work that energize you.
  • Imagine Possibilities: Reframing Limiting Beliefs. Learn how to reframe constraints in your work life, imagine different potential paths, and explore ways to prototype those paths.
  • Imagine Possibilities: Tiny Habits. Understand how tiny habits can help you achieve your personal and professional aspirations, identify those you want to pursue, and commit to putting them in action.
  • Experience More: Curiosity Conversations. Identify your goals, explore stories and experiences related to you, and receive support from CSLD staff on your journey.
  • Craft Your Story. Identify why what you do matters, articulate the way your work serves the Hopkins community, and learn how to tell your story.
  • Design Thinking for Leadership Practice. Learn more about design thinking and how you can use it to lead and engage your team.
