Naviance is now the name of the free cancer prevention, navigation, and support program formerly called Work Stride. Originally created by Johns Hopkins for its faculty and staff and now used by employers nationwide, the program provides a safe, confidential space for anyone to seek guidance as they navigate cancer.

Naviance can help you:

  • Reduce your cancer risk and learn strategies for prevention
  • Recognize early warning signs
  • Understand and navigate treatment for you or a loved one
  • Balance work, life, treatment, and caregiving
  • Or, if you're a manager, Naviance can guide you on how to support your team

Naviance helps individuals stay healthy and reduce their cancer risk. If you or a loved one is impacted by a cancer diagnosis, Naviance provides a compassionate oncology nurse navigator to guide you at every step. It can make all the difference in your experience.

Visit the Naviance website for resources and tools. Call or text 844-446-6229 or email naviance@jh.edu for more information.
