One easy way to give to the Baltimore community is through the Vernon Rice Memorial Turkey Drive, JHU's annual holiday program that helps families in need. A $45 donation will provide a basket containing a fresh turkey and vegetables from a local farm that will be delivered to participants for the Thanksgiving holiday by St. Anthony of Padua Church.
Last year more than 600 families received meals and personal care items.
