Communicating With Others—Your Style and Its Impact is a course designed to help participants identify their preferences in verbal and nonverbal communication in order to learn about inherent strengths and trouble spots in the workplace.
Participants will uncover a tendency toward one of four communication styles: driver, analytic, relater/amiable, and expressive; explore attributes of effective communication; and develop listening and assertion skills.
