During the month of May, JHU employees participated in the Mind Your Health Challenge by engaging in various classes offered on the Burnalong platform, and random winners were drawn each week to receive fun prizes.
A total of 21,432 exercise and mindfulness minutes were completed, and the challenge helped participants improve their mental and physical health while connecting with others to build their community within the platform.
Burnalong provides a wide selection of live and on-demand educational and fitness classes for free to JHU employees. You can add up to four subaccounts so your friends and family can join the well-being journey. And you can create your own challenge in Burnalong to encourage friends, family, and colleagues to build healthy habits with you.
If you missed this go-round, the next JHU well-being challenge will be in the fall. In the meantime, you can keep finding classes to enjoy on the Burnalong platform. If you have not signed up for your free account, you can register here.
