JHU's Mind Your Health Challenge begins May 1

Boost your mental and physical health by using Burnalong all month (and you'll be entered for prizes when you do)

All full-time JHU employees are invited to join the Mind Your Health Challenge to increase awareness of their overall health and aim for prizes. This challenge is offered by JHU Healthy at Hopkins in partnership with Burnalong, a free virtual wellness platform that provides thousands of live and on-demand classes covering 60-plus categories.

Employees who participate in the challenge and log class minutes in May will be entered to win weekly prizes from Burnalong. And those who take 60 minutes of class time during the month will be entered to win additional prizes from JHU.

Full-time employees can participate in the challenge by:

  • Logging into their Burnalong account or signing up now here
  • Accepting the challenge invitation on the Burnalong homepage, or by clicking the profile icon and selecting Individual Challenges and then Invitations
  • Taking classes and having fun (check out the Mind Your Health playlist for class inspiration)

The challenge runs from May 1 to 31, and you can register any time after April 15 to participate during the month of May.
