Mark your calendar for Thursday, Feb. 22—that's when JHU launches a monthly initiative called the Benefits Insight Series.

"This monthly educational series is designed exclusively for our valued faculty and staff, offering an in-depth exploration of various benefits topics to empower them with knowledge and enhance their overall work-life experience," says Tamara Smith, senior benefits specialist in the Office of Benefits & Worklife, who is organizing the series.

A virtual noontime session on the fourth Thursday of each month will be dedicated to one of the topics that matter most to employees, Smith says. From health and wellness programs to retirement planning, the Benefits Insight Series aims to demystify the complexities surrounding the university's workplace perks.

Whether you're a new hire or a seasoned veteran, the series is tailored for you, she says, and active participation is encouraged.
