Can you host a Summer Jobs Program intern?

The 30th anniversary cohort—whose salaries are covered by program sponsors—will be on-site 25 hours a week, from June 24 to Aug. 9

The Johns Hopkins Summer Jobs Program marks its 30th anniversary this year. Jointly backed by the university and health system, JHSJP has served as a gateway of opportunity for thousands of young individuals in the communities neighboring Johns Hopkins campuses. More than 2,000 students have already applied for internships this summer.

Key dates and participation: JHSJP is set to run June 24 to Aug. 9 in Maryland and Washington, D.C., with students working 25 hours a week.

Interested in participating? Complete the 2024 JHSJP Department Intern Request Form by March 1. Hosts and mentors will receive comprehensive support, and interns' salaries are covered by the program's sponsors. Questions? Visit the Summer Jobs website or email JHSJP@jhmi.edu.
