Each month, Care@Work hosts four Care Talks to help you better care for yourself and your family. These talks feature experts offering advice and guidance on confident parenting, raising children with disabilities, caring for aging loved ones, financial wellness, your healthy lifestyle, emotional wellness, and succeeding at work.

Once registered with, eligible Hopkins affiliates have access to a free premium membership to, the world's largest platform for finding and managing care for children, seniors, pets, and the home. Additionally, you are eligible for 10 Backup Care days per calendar year, subsidized by the university, for use when your regular care is not available.
