The results of the university's recent wellness survey, offered during the 2024 Annual Enrollment process, are in, and the Office of Benefits & Worklife would like to thank the employees who responded. The feedback is being used to develop future programming. Here are the results:

Where would you like to see free onsite fitness classes?

  • East Baltimore campus: 36%
  • Homewood campus: 16%
  • Mount Washington campus: 8%
  • Other: 19% (top requests were Bayview, Green Spring, White Marsh, virtual)
  • Not interested: 28%

I have used the following JHU offerings to support my well-being:

  • Calm app: 50%
  • Free virtual workshops and webinars: 25%
  • Lifemart/Perks at Work discount platform: 24%
  • Burnalong: 22%
  • WeightWatchers: 10%
  • Other: 14% (top mentions were insurance provider offerings)

Are you interested in being a JHU Healthy at Hopkins Wellness Champion?

  • Yes: 11% (184 respondents)
  • No: 89%
