The Develop High-Performing Teams workshop introduces participants to FIRO (fundamental interpersonal relations orientation) concepts and guides them through an understanding of the results of their FIRO-B questionnaire.
Team members will learn how to apply strategies to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and decrease conflict to produce better team performance.
