As enjoyable as the holiday season can be, it also can be hectic, stressful, and emotional. But even with changes and disappointments that may have come in recent years, many of us still try to find ways to make the season merrier and brighter. Yet not everyone can do that alone. The university recognizes that despite their best efforts, employees and family members may need a helping hand.

That's why the Johns Hopkins Employee Assistance Program, or JHEAP, offers you and your household family members free, confidential support to help manage it all. Counselors are available to faculty, staff, postdocs, house staff, and their household family members at 888-978-1262, to assist with confidential emotional support and daily life assistance 24/7/365 by calling 888-978-1262. You also can submit a counseling request via an online request form, log on to myccaonline.com (company code: JHEAP), or download the CCA@YourService app (access code: JHEAP) for additional resources.
