Workplace Politics—How to Survive is a two-part training that will be presented in four modules:

  • What Are Workplace Politics?
  • How to Use Workplace Politics
  • Political Relationships
  • Using What You Have Learned

Successful completion of this course will increase the participants' knowledge and ability to understand a definition of politics as it applies to their workplace, identify their interpersonal behavior style and how to intuit the style of co-workers, use a simple script to help deliver difficult messages effectively, maximize personal and professional relationships to mutually beneficial ends, and overcome negative politics and control any resulting damage.
