The Office of Benefits & Worklife will host a guest speaker from WEX who will provide an overview of the health savings account available to those in the CareFirst BCBS High-Deductible Health Plan. Voluntary Benefit Options: Thursday, Aug. 17, at noon. To help you save money and prepare for life's unexpected challenges, the university offers a variety of voluntary insurance packages in addition to your core benefits. These include legal assistance and pet insurance as well as accident, auto/homeowner, identity theft protection, and critical illness insurance. The Office of Benefits & Worklife will host a guest speaker from Mercer Voluntary Benefits, JHU's program administrator, for a comprehensive review of these options.
