Week 2 of the JHU Spring Into Well-Being Challenge has just come to a close, and JHU Healthy at Hopkins is excited to announce the first winners of its weekly random drawings: Lesa Bain, Hanna Jaaro-Peled, Kimberly King, Katie Lacy, and Laura Pedroso, all of the School of Medicine; Jamie Tuminello, of the School of Education; and Fred Wymer, of Academic and Business Centers.

The challenge runs through May 31, and you can join in at any time during the month.

To participate, you must log in to register for Burnalong, a virtual wellness platform free to JHU employees, and join the challenge from its home screen. Details can be found here.

Select from thousands of live and on-demand Burnalong classes that cover 60-plus categories that include fitness, pre- and post-natal activities, mindfulness, stress management, healthy eating, and more, and log as many class minutes as you can during the month of May. As a full-time JHU employee, you have access to Burnalong 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Take classes from wherever you want, whenever you want, by yourself or with others on Burnalong. Have extra fun by taking live classes together with your colleagues, even if you are in different locations.

All participants will be included in a random weekly drawing to win prizes. Prizes also will be awarded to the five finishers logging the most minutes.

No matter where you are in your wellness journey, there is something for you on Burnalong. Spring into action and enjoy the many benefits that Burnalong classes can have on your total well-being.

If you have any questions about either the challenge or the Burnalong platform, reach out to the JHU Benefits Service Center at 410-516-2000 or benefits@jhu.edu. If you need technical support, contact customercare@burnalong.com.
