If you are someone who cares for a child with disabilities, finding support and integrating your own personal care and everyday needs into your routine can be challenging.
Beginning March 7, the Office of Benefits & Worklife will be hosting a recurring virtual networking meeting for caregivers of children with disabilities. This get-together is an opportunity to share information and resources, while connecting with Hopkins peers who may be going through similar experiences.
To ensure privacy, these sessions will not be recorded and are available only to Johns Hopkins affiliates. A Microsoft Teams group has been created for resource sharing and networking; if you would like to be added, email worklife@jhu.edu.
Registration is not required for this networking group, whose meetings are scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month through June. Upcoming dates are March 7, April 4, May 2, and June 6. You can download and import the iCalendar (.ics) files to your calendar system by clicking here or join an individual Zoom meeting by clicking here.
