Telephone Skills for Enhanced Customer Service is designed to enable participants to understand the importance of proper telephone technique. Topics include voice skills for effective telephone presentation, proper etiquette for different customer service situations, and appropriate actions to maintain effective control of calls.

This course is offered in partnership with the Community College of Baltimore County, and you will be asked to fill out a short registration form prior to the session. CCBC is required to provide this information to comply with state reporting and funding policies.
