As we celebrate International Women's Day on Tuesday, March 8, join Care.com CEO Tim Allen and guest speaker Reshma Saujani, CEO of Marshall Plan for Moms and founder of Girls Who Code, for a conversation about the future of women and work. This Care.com webinar will take place at noon. Registration is required.

Saujani will speak on the myth of "having it all," the burden placed on women to be primary caregivers, and how women are working around a system built by and for men. Allen and Saujani will discuss how the private sector can take the lead on innovating and advancing equitable workplaces, share their own experiences of parenting during a pandemic, and talk about the realities of navigating the personal and professional.

Register for this free webinar here. Following the event, a recording of the webinar will be shared with anyone who has registered.

For additional webinars and resources available to JHU employees, visit the Benefits & Worklife website.
