Since the start of the pandemic last year, JHU's Talent Management team has created dedicated content specifically to help employees navigate hybrid and remote work arrangements.
Now that JHU has announced the continuation of the current mix of in-person, hybrid, and remote work plans for employees through at least the end of the current academic year, employees are reminded to review these curated resources as we continue to work and learn together in a mix of modalities.
Resources include how to navigate hybrid team dynamics, how to optimize remote work days, tips for managers of hybrid teams, and tips for practicing self- care.
JHU employees who are fully remote can access training and support resources as well.
