Put together your return-to-work wellness plan and invite your co-workers and family members to join you using BurnAlong.

Johns Hopkins University has partnered with the online fitness and wellness program to help you stay healthy and reach your wellness goals. The new platform is accessible on phones, tablets, computers, and smart TVs. Whether you're starting a mindfulness practice, doing a weekly bootcamp exercise, or learning more about financial management or nutrition, you can invite up to four family members or friends to join you.

Bring your family

You can invite up to four others to join you on BurnAlong for free with access to family subaccounts. Simply click on your profile image in the top right and go to Subaccounts to invite them. Have fun taking live private group classes together.

Scheduling is easy

You can send a group class invitation to your family and friends by navigating to a class and clicking Schedule. You pick the time that works for you and send an invite to whomever you want to join you live.
