With fall approaching and a return to in-person school and work, both parents and kids may be feeling stressed and anxious about how to approach this next "new normal."

Join Care@Work at noon on Wednesday, Aug. 11, for a live webinar titled Ensuring a Successful Return to Work and School. The webinar will feature Avni Patel Thompson, the founder and CEO of Milo, an app designed to tackle the invisible load of running and raising a family. Thompson will share the framework for how to think about this new reality as well as offer planning tips and advice for how to divide household duties so that the mental load feels equitable and manageable.

Milo is the third technology company that Thompson has founded to make parenting lighter and more connected. She previously spent more than a decade building consumer businesses at P&G, Adidas, and Starbucks. She has an MBA and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of British Columbia.

Register here for the webinar, even if you are unable to attend; a recording and resources will be emailed the following day.
