Winter 2021 JHU Wellness classes conclude on March 19, and the spring session begins April 5 and runs through June 18.

Visit the JHU Wellness Programs page to view and register for free upcoming classes in yoga, mindfulness meditation, dance cardio, and more.

Classes are virtual, and you must have your VPN set up if you are working from home. (Visit the Johns Hopkins VPN Resource Center here.)
