In a workshop titled Managing Across Generations, participants will learn about the needs of the multigenerational workforce, exploring differences between generations to improve understanding and workplace productivity. Topics include workplace attitudes and expectations, generational values, power structures and hierarchy, and the role of communication in managing generations in the workplace.
