JHU Wellness Programs can help. Starting in December, the university will be offering a lineup of new virtual fitness classes for FREE to benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and bargaining unit members. It's a gift of wellness to you.

Mondays, 5 to 6 p.m., Dec. 7 to Dec. 28
This dance-inspired class is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning exercises combined to make your workout more effective and challenging. Register here.
Introduction to Pilates
Tuesdays, noon to 1 p.m., Dec. 1 to Dec. 29
Helps beginners tone muscles and sculpt and strengthen their core while also improving flexibility. You'll want a mat for this class. Register here.
Cize
Wednesdays, noon to 1 p.m., Dec. 2 to Dec. 30
This cardio dance fitness class teaches you choreographed dances as part of your workouts. Register here.
Relaxation and Meditation
Thursdays, noon to 1 p.m., Dec. 3 to Dec. 17
With gentle bending, twisting, and coordinated breathing, learn to relieve tension and stress with this relaxation class. Emphasis is placed on easing physical discomfort and improving mental clarity. Register here.
Chair Yoga
Fridays, 7:30 to 8:15 a.m., Dec. 4 to Dec. 18
Gentle chair yoga can be practiced by almost anyone at any age. The entry-level requirement is simply the ability to sit upright in a chair while gently moving the torso and limbs. Register here.
