A great way to not only improve your physical fitness but boost your mood and general well-being is to have a regular fitness routine. However, it's often hard to know where to begin.

Take the first step by attending the one-hour webinar titled I Want to Start Working Out, Where Do I Start? This wellness webinar, which starts at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, will assist you with setting a plan and goals for starting your fitness journey.
