If the stress of the last few months has taken its toll on your body, help is available. The university partners with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) to offer benefits-eligible employees a 50% discount on membership. Sign up in May, and you'll get a joining gift, too.

WW (Weight Watchers Reimagined) gives participants the real-life tools and around-the-clock support needed to reach their weight loss and wellness goals.

To take the first step, purchase a WW membership plan by June 27 and receive a free starter kit, with a value of more than $100. Included are an oven mitt, cotton tote, stackable lunch box, silicone fork-and-spoon set, mini container set, Kickstart Guide, Simply 5 cookbook, and $40 in coupons. See the flyer for more details.

To purchase your discounted WW membership, or for more information, visit Wellness Programs on the JHU Benefits & Worklife website.
