Spring wellness classes move online

Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning, Meditation, Yoga, Zumba being offered in three-week sessions

Three-week JHU wellness classes in Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning, Meditation, Yoga, and Zumba are now online via Zoom.

Benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and bargaining unit employees can choose an unlimited number of classes for a flat fee of $20 that will be payroll deducted (payment cannot be made by cash, check, or credit card).

Register through the Wellness Programs page of the Benefits & Worklife website. Participants will need to register for each subsequent three-week session of classes.
