The Office of Benefits Services sponsors wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and bargaining unit members, and subsidizes half the cost, giving you a 50 percent discounted rate. You can register now to take advantage of these low prices and the convenience of paying through payroll deduction.

New sessions of Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning & Conditioning, and Zumba start in October, and many still have openings.

Classes on the Homewood campus are Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning & Conditioning, and Zumba. The East Baltimore campus offers Zumba and Yoga. Yoga is also offered at the Carey and Keswick campuses, as well as at 700 East Pratt (formerly known as the Candler Building). Muscle Toning & Conditioning is offered at White Marsh. These classes are open to all skill levels.
