Johns Hopkins' Live Near Your Work home-buying grants can help with the costs

Join Katie Walsh, Live Near Your Work program manager, to learn the ins and outs of Johns Hopkins' home-buying grants for specific Baltimore City neighborhoods.

The Live Near Your Work: What Are the Rules and How to Apply workshop covers the eligibility requirements, steps to apply, homeownership counseling suggestions, an overview of the neighborhoods where you can purchase, and the conditions of the program. Attendees also will receive guidance on how to navigate the home-buying process.

Grants of up to $17,000 are available to employees who qualify.

Register online for one of two lunchtime sessions, which will be offered by the Office of Work, Life and Engagement on Thursday, May 30, at Homewood and on Tuesday, June 25, in East Baltimore.
