Employees are now required to complete a number of tasks that demand greater collaboration and strategic planning than ever before. Critical Thinking Skills for Today's Employee is a full-day course that introduces staff to the key elements of the critical thinking process in order to improve communication, problem solving, and overall decision making.

In this workshop, participants examine common workplace issues; target obstacles to communication, such as biases, hidden agendas, and rhetorical fallacies; and establish clearer arguments that could lead to productive solutions.

Register online for the workshop, which will be offered by Learning and Development on Wednesday, May 15, at Johns Hopkins at Eastern.
