Since its launch in January 2015, Johns Hopkins' Managing Cancer at Work program, now called Work Stride: Managing Cancer at Work, has already helped about 500 employees deal with the medical and other issues related to cancer, whether they, their loved ones, or their colleagues are the patients.

The program's oncology nurse navigators are always available to guide and support employees and managers wherever they are in their cancer journey. Read on the Work Stride website about why one Johns Hopkins Hospital employee is so grateful for her nurse navigator.

You can learn more about Work Stride: Managing Cancer at Work on its website, which includes resources related to prevention, diagnosis, treatment and related work issues, caregiving, cancer types, and coping assistance for employees and managers.
