Applications for Johns Hopkins Neighborhood Fund grants available Dec. 14

Nonprofits receiving funding from JHU employees work in community revitalization, education, employment, health, and public safety

There's no better time to be more involved in Baltimore. The Johns Hopkins Neighborhood Fund provides grants that assist local nonprofits' efforts to build stronger neighborhoods by addressing needs in the areas of community revitalization, education, employment, health, and public safety.

A video on the Neighborhood Fund page of the Work, Life and Engagement website introduces viewers to some of the many organizations that have been supported meaningfully by the Johns Hopkins community since the fund's founding in 2007.

If you work with a local nonprofit that needs additional funding, go here to learn about the requirements and the application process. If you have any questions, contact Greg Burks at gburks5@jhu.edu.

The applications will be available Dec. 14.

Donations to the Neighborhood Fund are made through the annual Johns Hopkins United Way campaign.
