Johns Hopkins University and Health System, along with MD Energy Advisors, have created a custom employee perk that helps John Hopkins employees with their home energy decisions.

Much like a financial services organization assists employees with their 403(b) plans, the Home Energy Advisors Program provides onsite education, on-demand advising, and personalized plans so that employees can reduce energy usage and costs for their homes.
