If you are getting started as a new employee at Johns Hopkins and/or you need a review of retirement planning basics, join the Office of Work, Life and Engagement for an hourlong workshop called Personal Finances: Plan for Getting Started.

In addition to providing an overview of your retirement plan, a Certified Professional Planner will explain the value of pretax contributions, investing basics, dollar cost averaging, and other tools that will help you best manage your assets.
