In the Simple Steps to a Healthy Heart workshop, you'll learn how to prepare your foods with less sugar, fat, and salt, and you'll leave the session with practical tips on how to take control of your blood pressure and cholesterol.
The workshop, presented by the Johns Hopkins Office of Work, Life and Engagement, is scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15. The Johns Hopkins Shuttle makes frequent runs between campuses.
