In Behavior Based Interviewing, you will learn the importance of conducting a legally defensible interview that focuses on the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position, and you will have the opportunity to practice and apply your new knowledge during in-class activities.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to identify the legal issues related to the interview process, define competencies, develop behavioral based interview questions, and evaluate candidate responses.
