Workshop: Manage Your Stress and Improve Relaxation With Tai Chi

Have you done anything for yourself lately? Join staff from Baltimore Tai Chi for a relaxing hour practicing tai chi. The Chinese system of movement, meditation, and self-defense is practiced throughout the world as a way to reduce stress and to improve relaxation, health, and fitness. No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes.

The noon to 1 p.m. workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 1, in East Baltimore and on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at Homewood.

The Johns Hopkins Shuttle makes frequent runs between campuses.
